The Houston Rockets have signed restricted free agent Jae'Sean Tate to a three-year, $22.1 million deal, according to Shams Charania of The Athletic.

The details of the deal were provided by Tate's agents E.J. Kusnyer and Jordan Cornish.

The Rockets had declined Tate's $1.8 million team option on Wednesday, instead opting to come to terms with the forward on a longer deal.

The 26-year-old has spent two seasons in the league with the Rockets, averaging 11.6 points, 5.4 rebounds, and 2.7 assists per game.
