After news broke about Klay Thompson reportedly suffering a leg injury on Wednesday, multiple members of the basketball community reached out on Twitter to wish the Golden State Warriors guard a speedy recovery.
Thompson suffered the apparent lower leg injury during a workout in California, and the Warriors reportedly fear the 30-year-old has a significant Achilles injury. Thompson is scheduled for an on Thursday morning.
LeBron James, Paul George and teammate Draymond Green were among those who tweeted at Thompson to offer him prayers and well wishes in the hope that the injury is minor.
