The Buffalo Bills can clinch their first AFC East division title in 25 years with a win on Saturday when they visit the Denver Broncos as 6.5-point favourites on the Week 15 NFL odds at sportsbooks monitored by OddsShark.com.

Buffalo improved to 10-3 with a 26-15 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers last week on Sunday night, and now sports a two-game lead over second-place Miami in the AFC East going into Saturday afternoon's matchup at Empower Field at Mile High.

Overall, the Bills have won outright in six of seven outings, and have rewarded bettors by covering in each of their past five, according to the OddsShark NFL Database. The Bills' impressive victory over Pittsburgh has also buoyed them on the Super Bowl odds, where they now sit among the favourites at +1000, well ahead of their +2500 season-opening line.

The Broncos return home to face Buffalo after escaping with a 32-27 win in Carolina last weekend. Overall, Denver has covered in seven of 11 outings when set as an underdog of seven or fewer points, but has recorded consecutive SU wins just once this season. The Broncos have also averaged just 16 points per game during a 1-4 SU and 0-5 ATS run against Buffalo.

The Dolphins hope to keep pace with Buffalo, and solidify their grasp on the AFC's No. 7 seed, as they host the New England Patriots as 2.5-point chalk. Deadlocked with Baltimore at 8-5, the Dolphins hold the tiebreaker edge and control their own playoff destiny. And while Miami dropped a 33-27 decision to Kansas City, they covered as a 7-point underdog to remain the best wager in the NFL with a 10-3 ATS record. Conversely, the Patriots fell out of contention for a 12th straight divisional crown with last weekend's 24-3 loss in Los Angeles.

Elsewhere on the Week 15 odds at online sports betting sites, the Chiefs visit New Orleans as 3-point favourites in a possible preview of this season's Super Bowl matchup. Winners in eight straight, the Chiefs sport an NFL-best 12-1 SU record, but have failed to cover in five straight outings. The Saints saw a 9-0 SU run come to an end with last weekend's 24-21 loss in Philadelphia, but can lock up top spot in the NFC South with a win.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers aim to close the gap on New Orleans as they visit the Atlanta Falcons as 6-point favourites. The Ravens host the lowly Jacksonville Jaguars as 13-point favourites, while the Steelers look to halt a two-game slide when they visit Cincinnati on Monday night favoured by 13 points.
