It didn't take long for Tom Brady to get the trash talk started ahead of the latest edition of The Match.
Just a couple of hours after the PGA Tour and Turner Sports announced Brady and Phil Mickelson will face off against Aaron Rodgers and Bryson DeChambeau on July 6 in Montana, the seven-time Super Bowl champion took to Twitter to chirp his opponents with a trio of hilarious Brooks Koepka memes.
In case you haven't seen the meme yet, it's inspired by a Golf Channel interview with Koepka that went viral earlier this week because of the four-time major winner's reaction to DeChambeau – a rivalry quickly becoming one of our favourite in sports.
Back to Brady's memes, the first of which channels Koepka's meme energy perfectly.
The second gets a bit more personal for Rodgers, making reference to Green Bay's puzzling decision to kick a field goal rather than go for a touchdown late in this year's NFC championship game against Brady's Buccaneers.

The third and final meme likely accurately describes the reaction of his The Match opponents whenever they open Twitter on their phones today.

But Brady's trolling didn't end on Twitter – he took it to Instagram, too.
Amazing.
We're still more than a month away from The Match, so one can only imagine where we go from here. Stay tuned.
