After experiencing an injury that was threatening to rob him of his promising NFL career, there has been good news for Baltimore Ravens defensive tackle Nnamdi Madubuike.
According to ESPN's Adam Schefter on Tuesday, Madubuike underwent surgery last week that will allow him to resume playing next season.
The two-time Pro Bowler was forced to miss the remainder of his 2025 season after Week 2 with a severe neck injury.
Madubuike, 28, was named to the Pro Bowl in 2023 and 2024, and was a Second Team All-Pro selection in 2023.
Since 2023, Madubuike's 21.5 sacks are the most in the NFL among defensive tackles, according to Schefter.
