Following a career year in 2025, edge rusher Nick Herbig is sticking around in the Steel City for the long haul.
Herbig has agreed to terms on a four-year, $100 million extension to remain with the Pittsburgh Steelers, ESPN's Adam Schefter reported Tuesday.
The deal includes $42 million guaranteed and will keep him in town through the 2030 season.
Herbig, 24, stood out in his third year in the NFL, tallying a career-high 7.5 sacks, along with 13 tackles for loss and 18 QB hits. He also picked up his first career interception and had three forced fumbles.
Alongside fellow pass rushers Alex Highsmith and T.J. Watt, Herbig and the Steelers finished with 48 sacks, the sixth-highest mark in the NFL last year, and helped the side to 27 turnovers, the fourth-highest mark league-wide.
