Saturday night’s AHL exhibition game between the Henderson Silver Knights and San Jose Barracuda was cancelled prior to the start of the third period due to the league’s COVID-19 protocols.
The Silver Knights said the cancellation was not due to a positive test on their team or staff.
No further information is available at this time.
The AHL is slated to begin its season on Feb. 5.
