The Vancouver Canucks have added three people to COVID-19 protocols hours before their first game back from the extended Christmas break.
Forwards Brock Boeser and Phillip Di Giuseppe, and an unnamed support staff member, entered protocols Wednesday.
The Canucks are in Anaheim to face the Ducks Wednesday night, their first game since a 5-2 win over the Sharks on Dec. 16.
Forward Alex Chiasson is the only other member of the Canucks currently in protocol.
Boeser has nine goals and 17 points in 28 games this season, including points in six of eight games this month. Di Giuseppe has yet to make his Canucks debut this season, but has 16 points in 19 AHL games this season.
