Macklin Celebrini's time with Team Canada was so nice he's doing it twice.
The San Jose Sharks phenom is among a group of star players who committed Monday to wear the Maple Leaf at the upcoming world championships, Sportsnet can confirm.
Gavin McKenna, Mark Scheifele, Mathew Barzal and Morgan Rielly will also suit up for Canada at the tournament slated for May 15-31 in Switzerland.
Columbus Blue Jackets goalie Jet Greaves is also set to join the team, ESPN's John Buccigross reported.
Celebrini, the 19-year-old from North Vancouver, B.C., was an Olympic standout in February in Milan, recording 10 points (five goals, five assists) in six games as Canada took home silver medals.
He also roared to a franchise-record 115 points in the NHL regular season with 45 goals and 70 assists as a sophomore.
McKenna, a potential No. 1 pick in June's draft, competed for the world junior team over December and January, compiling four goals and 10 assists in just seven games as Canada bagged bronze.
The Whitehorse native, 18, also put up 51 points (15 goals, 36 assists) for Penn State.
Scheifele, the Winnipeg Jets veteran, eclipsed the 100-point mark for the first time this season, registering 103 with 36 goals and 67 assists. The Kitchener, Ont., native was considered to be among the snubs from the Olympic team.
Barzal, of Coquitlam, B.C., had 19 goals and 53 assists for the New York Islanders.
Rielly, the 32-year-old Vancouverite who is the longest-serving Toronto Maple Leaf, endured somewhat of a down season with 11 goals and 25 assists from the blue line.
Greaves, 25, posted a .908 save percentage and 2.60 goals-against average for the Blue Jackets in 55 games.
Former Maple Leafs general manager Brad Treliving and Pittsburgh Penguins assistant GM Jason Spezza were tapped to lead Canada's management team.
Canada opens the tournament May 15 against Sweden.
