Erik Gudbranson, who had a strong season with the Calgary Flames last season, is joining the Columbus Blue Jackets in free agency, according to Sportsnet's Elliotte Friedman.
The blueliner put pen to paper on a four-year deal worth $16 million with the Jackets.
Gudbranson is coming off a one-year, $1.95-million contract. The details of his deal with Columbus are not yet known.
Last season, Gudbranson has 17 points in 78 games with a plus-15 rating for Calgary.
