Oilers sign forward Dylan Holloway to three-year, entry-level deal

Dylan Holloway explained how special it was to play and develop at Wisconsin and why he's excited to fulfill his lifelong dream to play in the NHL.

The Edmonton Oilers have signed 2020 first-round pick Dylan Holloway to a three-year, entry-level deal, the team announced Friday.

Holloway, 19, was a top-10 finalist for the Hobey Baker Memorial Award -- given to the most outstanding player in NCAA men's hockey -- after scoring 11 goals and 24 assists in 23 games for the Wisconsin Badgers this season.

The Calgary native represented Canada at the 2021 World Junior Hockey Championship, contributing one goal and one assist to help the Canadian team earn silver.
