The Boston Bruins signed American defenceman Reilly Walsh to a one-year, two-way deal worth $775,000 on Monday.
Walsh appeared in 71 AHL games with the Utica Comets last season, scoring nine goals and making 32 assists. In 174 total career games with the Comets, the 24-year-old from Massachusetts has racked up 99 points (23 goals, 76 assists).
Selected 81st overall in the 2017 Entry Draft by New Jersey, Walsh played one NHL game with New Jersey during the 2021-22 season. He made had assist. He was acquired by Boston last month for the signing rights to Shane Bowers and was a restricted free agent.
