Adam Gaudette is on the move.
The unrestricted free agent has signed an two-year, $4-million deal with the San Jose Sharks, Sportsnet's Elliotte Friedman reported Tuesday.
After spending the bulk of his previous two seasons in the AHL, Gaudette had 19 goals and seven assists in 81 games for the Ottawa Senators last season. It was his second go-around with Ottawa after playing 50 games for the Senators in 2021-22.
Gaudette, 28, has 46 goals and 50 assists for 96 points in 301 career NHL games with the Vancouver Canucks, Chicago Blackhawks, St. Louis Blues and Senators.
The Canucks picked the American-born winger in the fifth round (149th overall) of the 2015 NHL Draft.
