Camryn Rogers won her fifth straight national title with a victory in the women's hammer throw at the Canadian track and field championships on Thursday.
The Richmond, B.C., native threw 76.17 metres to handily win the event.
Jillian Weir (69.50) and Jinaye Shomachuk (69.27) finished second and third.
Rogers, a two-time world champion and Olympic gold medallist, has a personal best of 81.13 metres that she set on April 2.
Earlier in the day, reigning national champion Christopher Morales Williams easily qualified for Friday's men's 400-metre final.
The 21-year-old from Vaughan, Ont., crossed the line 46.05 seconds, a full second clear of the nearest competitor in the heats. Morales Williams won the world indoors title back in March.
