DeRozan ties Carter for most 30-point games in Raptors history

DeMar DeRozan scored 35 points and the Toronto Raptors shook off a late injury to Kyle Lowry to beat the Brooklyn Nets 114-113.

Another night, another Toronto Raptors franchise record for DeMar DeRozan.

DeRozan tied Vince Carter Monday for most 30-point games with the team with his 91st such outing. Coming off his third Eastern Conference player of the week award of the 2017-18 season, DeRozan finished Monday’s overtime victory over the Brooklyn Nets with 35 points.

The 28-year-old DeRozan also eclipsed Carter’s franchise record for points in a single game by pouring in 52 in a victory over the Milwaukee Bucks earlier this month.

DeRozan is averaging 25.0 points, 4.9 assists and 4.3 rebounds per game this season.
