Chicago Blackhawks sign Jordan Oesterle to two-year deal

The Chicago Blackhawks have signed defenceman Jordan Oesterle to a two-year deal that runs through the 2018-19 season.

The 25-year-old scored 32 points (seven goals, 25 assists) for the Bakersfield Condors of the American Hockey League last season.

He has 25 games of NHL experience with the Edmonton Oilers during which he recorded six assists.
