Brossoit, 26, played in 21 games last season and had a 13-6-2 record with a 2.52 GAA and a .925 SV%.

Drafted by the Calgary Flames in the sixth round (164th overall) in 2011, Brossoit was traded to the Oilers in 2013 and spent parts of four seasons in Edmonton before signing with the Jets last summer.
