Jets re-sign forward Marko Dano, defenceman Tucker Poolman

The Winnipeg Jets have re-signed forward Marko Dano to a one-year contract worth $800,000.

Dano played in just 23 games with the Jets this past season, scoring twice and adding one assist.

The 23-year-old was the 27th pick of the 2013 NHL Draft, making his way to Winnipeg in a trade with Chicago, which had previously acquired the Slovakian from Columbus.

Winnipeg also announced the re-signing of defenceman Tucker Poolman to a three-year contract worth $2.325 million.
