The Edmonton Oilers trimmed down their training camp roster on Sunday after assigning five players back to their junior teams.

Kirill Maksimov (Niagara IceDogs), Ostap Safin (St. John Sea Dogs), Dmitri Samorukov (Guelph Storm), Stuart Skinner (Lethbridge Hurricanes) and Dylan Wells (Peterborough Petes) were all sent back to their respective teams.
