Rangers agree to terms with forward Josh Jooris

Hits of the Week: Jooris takes Green to another level It's an eerie feeling for a defenceman when they have to play a puck not knowing what "truck" is coming at them. Mike Green demonstrates.

The New York Rangers and free agent forward Josh Jooris have agreed to terms on a contract, the team announced Friday.

Jooris became an unrestricted free agent after the Calgary Flames elected to forgo extending him a qualifying offer in June.

Jooris totalled four goals and 13 points in 59 games with the Flames in 2015-16.

The 26-year-old native of Burlington, Ontario, was signed by the Flames as an undrafted free agent in 2013.
