Blue Jays' Schneider takes blame for error that led to Manoah being pulled

John Schneider accidentally had to pull starter Alek Manoah on Saturday after visiting the mound for the second time in one inning as pitching coach Pete Walker had done so earlier. He apologized to his starter afterwards.
