Milwaukee Bucks forward Thanasis Antetokounmpo, the brother of Giannis Antetokounmpo, will miss Game 5 of the NBA Finals on Saturday after entering the league's health and safety protocols, according to the NBA's official injury report.

Bucks coach Mike Budenholzer told reporters that the team will also not have a full staff for the game in the wake of the Antetokounmpo news, with ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reporting assistant Josh Oppenheimer won’t be on bench.

Antetokounmpo has played infrequently for the Bucks throughout the playoffs, appearing in just 13 of a possible 21 games. He's averaged 3.5 minutes per game, with his heaviest workload coming in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference finals, when he played 9:57.

As of the 5:30 injury report, no other player was in the league's health and safety protocols. Donte DiVincenzo and Sam Merrill were listed as out for the Bucks with pre-existing ankle injuries, while Dario Saric remains out due to a season-ending right ACL tear.

Game 5 of the NBA Finals is set for tipoff at 9 p.m. ET on Sportsnet.
