The New England Patriots running-back tandem is back.
TreVeyon Henderson is "ready to go" for Week 2 against the Pittsburgh Steelers, he told reporters on Thursday.
Henderson missed the Patriots' season opener against the Seattle Seahawks with a right ankle injury, but returned as a full participant in practice on Wednesday.
He rushed for 911 yards with nine touchdowns while playing all 17 games last season for New England as a rookie. However the post-season was a different story as he managed just 76 yards on the ground over four games.
Rhamondre Stevenson served as the Patriots' No. 1 back in the 13-10 loss to Seattle, toting the ball 18 times for 51 yards while adding five catches for 44 yards.
