Blues sign goaltender Vadim Zherenko to entry-level contract

The St. Louis Blues have signed goaltender Vadim Zherenko to a three-year, entry-level contract, club president of hockey operations and GM Doug Armstrong announced on Tuesday.

Zherenko, 21, played in Finland’s SM-liiga with Ilves Tampere this season, posting an 11-8-11 record along with a 2.67 goals-against average and a .902 save percentage. He was drafted in the seventh round, 208th overall, by the Blues in the 2019 NHL Entry Draft.
