Canadiens claim forward Rem Pitlick off waivers from Wild

The Montreal Canadiens claimed forward Rem Pitlick off waivers from the Minnesota Wild on Wednesday, the team announced.

A 2016 third-round selection of the Nashville Predators, Pitlick has six goals and five assists for 11 points in 20 games with the Wild this season.

Over his career, the 24-year-old from Ottawa has six goals and seven assists in 31 games.
