Canucks' Eriksson, Senators' Anisimov placed on waivers

Amber, Friedman, Stewart and the Hockey Central panel breaks down Maple Leafs series sweep against the Canucks, where one team is brimming with confidence, and one is on Freud's couch right now.

Vancouver Canucks forward Loui Eriksson, Ottawa Senators centre Artem Anisimov and Dallas Stars defenceman Taylor Fedun were all placed on waivers Wednesday.

If they clear, they will be eligible to be assigned to their team's taxi squad or the AHL.

Eriksson previously cleared waivers on Jan. 12. Any player who clears waivers is free to be moved between the NHL roster or the AHL/taxi squad for 30 days or until they play 10 NHL games before requiring waivers again.

Eriksson has appeared in one game for the Canucks this season.

Anisimov has one assist in four games this season.

Fedun has been a healthy scratch for all nine Stars games this season.
