The New York Islanders and Josh Ho-Sang have settled their arbitration case, Sportsnet's Elliotte Friedman has learned.
Per Friedman, the sides agreed to a one-year deal paying Ho-Sang $700,000, or $225,000 at the AHL level.
Ho-Sang's arbitration hearing was scheduled for Oct. 30.
The 24-year-old has not appeared in an NHL game since 2018-19 — he split the 2019-20 season between the AHL's Bridgeport Sound Tigers and San Antonio Rampage, posting a combined 13 points through 22 games.
In his last foray in the big leagues, Ho-Sang scored one goal and an assist in 10 games for the Islanders. Overall, he has 24 points to his name through 57 career NHL tilts.
The Toronto native was drafted 28th overall by the Islanders back in 2014.
