After two days of kindness, Mother Nature dealt another challenge to the National Bank Open presented by Rogers men's event in Montreal on Thursday.
Rain postponed the start of play in the third round at 12:30 p.m. ET. Tournament organizers say they hope to have players on the court at 1:45 p.m.
The first two days of the main draw on Sunday and Monday were heavily impacted by rain.
The tournament caught up to get back on schedule over the next two days.
No. 18 seed Arthur Fils of France is scheduled to face Mariano Navone of Argentina in the opening match on Centre Court on Thursday.
