The NFL off-season is in full swing for non-playoff teams.
Coaches are getting fired in bunches as teams quickly look to find a new voice to lead their teams. Here is an updated tracker of all the latest news surrounding firings, interview requests, and hirings.
New England Patriots:
New England fired first-year head coach Jerod Mayo after going 4-13.
They decided to go with another familiar face and hired former player Mike Vrabel.
Vrabel has already filled out his staff, bringing back Josh McDaniels for his second stint as offensive coordinator with the Patriots. Former Detroit Lions defensive line coach Terrell Williams will also join them as defensive coordinator.
Chicago Bears:
The Bears fired head coach Matt Eberflus on Nov. 29 and named Thomas Brown interim HC.
Former Detroit Lions offensive coordinator Ben Johnson was announced as Chicago's new head coach in a press conference on Jan. 22. The Bears will look to use his offensive abilities to try and squeeze more out of sophomore quarterback Caleb Williams.
Tennessee Titans:
Tennessee owns the top pick in the 2025 draft and are heading into year two with head coach Brian Callahan. The Titans fired GM Ran Carthon with the team in search of a new quarterback.
Kansas City Chiefs assistant general manager Mike Borgonzi has been officially hired as their new GM, the Titans announced Friday.
They have also reportedly hired a new special-teams coordinator in John Fassel.
Jacksonville Jaguars:
Unsurprisingly, the Jags made a head coaching change, firing Doug Pederson after winning just five games since Week 13 of last season.

The Jaguars announced Jan. 21 they have scheduled second interviews with three candidates after initially sitting down with 10 people.

What is surprising is that the Jaguars have now parted ways with general manager Trent Baalke after initially retaining him following the end of the season, owner Shad Khan announced on Jan 22.
New York Jets:
The New York Jets announced they have hired Detroit Lions defensive coordinator Aaron Glenn as their new head coach. He was drafted by the Jets 12th overall in the 1994 draft and spent time as a personnel scout with the team from 2012-2013.
Jets General Manager:
Their search to replace former general manager Joe Douglas still continues, here are a list of candidates interviewed to join Glenn in New York.

The team named Darren Rizzi interim HC on Nov. 4 after firing Dennis Allen following a disappointing 2-7 start to 2024.

Las Vegas Raiders:
The Las Vegas Raiders have hired former Tampa Bay Buccaneers assistant general manager John Spytek as their new GM, replacing Tom Telesco after just one season. Spytek was apart of the Buccaneers' Super Bowl run in 2021 with Raiders minority owner Tom Brady.
Head coach Antonio Pierce was also let go after a 4-13 season in which they lost 10 straight games.
Las Vegas will now look to hire its fourth HC since 2021 with the following candidates reportedly interviewed or scheduled to sit down with the team.

Dallas Cowboys:
The Cowboys and head coach Mike McCarthy agreed to part ways after the two parties were unable to reach a new deal after McCarthy's previous deal expired on Jan. 8. The candidates to replace him include the following.

Indianapolis Colts:
Head coach Shane Steichen and GM Chris Ballard are safe after a middling 8-9 season but the Colts did make a change at DC firing Gus Bradley and bringing in former Cincinnati Bengals DC Lou Anarumo.
Cincinnati Bengals:
Cincinnati made a few coaching changes after missing the playoffs for the second straight season. Parting ways with DC Lou Anarumo, as well as defensive line coach Marion Hobby, LB coach James Bettcher and offensive line coach Frank Pollack.
Al Golden, Former Notre Dame DC (Reportedly hired as DC)
Cleveland Browns:
The Browns quickly made some changes after a brutal 3-14 season.
Including, replacing offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey with Tommy Rees and bringing in former Rice head coach Mike Bloomgren to replace Andy Dickerson as the offensive line coach.
Seattle Seahawks:
Seattle finished 10-7 and decided to make a change on the offensive side of the ball, firing offensive coordinator Ryan Grubb after just one season.
San Francisco 49ers:
The 49ers have made changes after finishing 6-11, their first losing season since 2020. Nick Sorensen, will not return as defensive coordinator, but there is hope to retain him on the staff. While Klay Kubiak was promoted from passing game specialist to offensive coordinator, the first OC in San Francisco since Mike McDaniel in 2021.
They have also parted ways with special-team coordinator Brian Schneider.
Atlanta Falcons:
The Falcons made big defensive changes after a rough end to their season. Firing defensive coordinator Jimmy Lake and replacing him with former Jets interim head coach Jeff Ulbrich.
