The St. Louis Blues and forward Mathias Laferriere have agreed on a one-year, two-way contract extension, general manager Doug Armstrong announced Sunday.
Laferriere was originally drafted by the Blue in the sixth round of the 2018 draft, and has spent the last three seasons playing with the AHL's Springfield Thunderbirds.
In 2023-24, the 23-year-old scored seven goals and dished out 18 assists in 68 games. Over 174 career games with the Thudners, Lafferriere has 33 goals and 90 points.
The Montreal, Que., native will make $775,000 in the NHL and $100,000 at the AHL as part of his extension.
