Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James is expected to miss at least one more week with a groin injury.
The team released an update on James’ status on Friday.
The 34-year-old will not travel with the team on its two-game road trip.
That means that the four-time NBA MVP will not suit up for the Lakers until at least Jan. 11 when the team takes on the Utah Jazz. In 34 games in his first season in Lon Angeles, James is averaging 27.3 points, 8.3 rebounds, and 7.1 assists in yet another stellar campaign.
