Los Angeles Lakers big man Anthony Davis will miss Wednesday’s game against the Golden State Warriors with rib and shoulder soreness, according to Chris Haynes of Yahoo Sports.
Davis suffered his injury Tuesday against the Phoenix Suns, and didn’t finish the game. He had 24 points and 12 rebounds before leaving after the third quarter.
Lakers reporter Mike Trudell reported Davis had X-rays on his ribs Tuesday and that they came back negative.
In 10 games this season, his first with the Lakers, Davis is averaging 26.3 points and 10.4 rebounds.
