PRINCE ALBERT, Sask. – The Prince Albert Raiders scored three goals in the span of 16 seconds as they cruised past the Saskatoon Blades 4-1 to maintain their perfect start to the season in Western Hockey League action on Sunday evening.
Justin Nachbaur opened the scoring for the Raiders (5-0-0) at 7:30 of the second period. Ozzy Wiesblat’s goal nine seconds later stood as the game winner. Parker Kelly, who led Prince Albert with two points, added another at 7:46. Kody McDonald tacked a fourth for the Raiders in the second period at 14:00.
Tristen Robins scored the lone goal for the Blades (3 1-0).
Ian Scott kicked out 28 shots for Prince Albert. Dorrin Luding combined with Nolan Maier for 35 saves for Saskatoon.
The Raiders went 1 for 7 on the power play. The Blades went 0 for 4 with the man advantage.

WARRIORS 2 PATS 1
REGINA, Sask. — Tristin Langan scored twice as Moose Jaw topped Regina to pick up its first win of the season.
Langan notched the game-winning goal on the power play for the Warriors (1-2-1) at 15:54 of the first period. Koby Morrisseau scored for the Pats (0-4-0).
Brodan Salmond turned aside 31 shots for Moose Jaw. Max Paddock made 31 saves for Regina.

REBELS 6 HITMEN 5 (OT)
CALGARY — Oleg Zaytsev scored in overtime and Ethan Anders turned aside 44 shots as Red Deer beat Calgary.
Jeff de Wit and Reese Johnson both had a pair of goals, while Brandon Hagel added a single for the Rebels (3-2-0). Mark Kastelic scored twice and Josh Prokop, Zach Huber and Carson Focht also found the back of the net for the Hitmen (0-3-1)
Carl Stankowski turned away 24 shots for Calgary.
The Hitmen’s Tristen Nielsen was given a game misconduct for boarding at 2:04 of the second period.

GIANTS 5 CHIEFS 4 (SO)
LANGLEY, B.C. — Brayden Watts scored the shootout winner as Vancouver eked out a win over Spokane.
James Malm, Bowen Byram, Kaleb Bulych and Brayden Watts scored for the Giants (3-1-0). Adam Beckman had a pair of goals, while Bobby Russell and Jack Finley added singles for the Chiefs (2-1-1).
David Tendeck kicked out 20 shots for Vancouver. Dawson Weatherill turned away 23 shots for Spokane.
