Capitals sign forward Aliaksei Protas to entry-level deal

The Washington Capitals have signed forward Aliaksei Protas to a three-year, entry-level contract.

The deal carries an average annual value of $716,666.

Protas, 18, was selected with the 91st pick in the 2019 draft after recording 11 goals and 40 points in 61 games for the WHL’s Prince Albert Raiders last season.
