Frattin will not play for Leafs Wednesday

Matt Frattin is not ready to return to the Toronto Maple Leafs lineup.

Frattin has been taking part in practice this week but does not feel healthy enough to play against the Ottawa Senators at the Air Canada Centre Wednesday night.

The 25-year-old has not played since Feb. 11 where he suffered a sprained MCL.

The Leafs forward had seven goals and three assists in 10 games this season prior to his injury. He skated with Nazem Kadri and Clarke MacArthur during Monday’s practice.

In other Leafs news, James Reimer will get his third consecutive start between the pipes Wednesday.

The Leafs goalie has an 8-3-1 record this season with a 2.43 goals-against average and a .923 save percentage.
