Subban was furious when he realized Stone was okay to return to the game.

Three goals were scored during the major. The Senators quickly got one from Kyle Turris before a Lars Eller short-handed marker set the Bell Centre crowd ablaze briefly before Mika Zibanejad netted another one for the Senators.

Stone headed back to the dressing room after his first shift in the third period.
