The NHL announced its GM of the Year finalists on Thursday night, with the St. Louis Blues‘ Doug Armstrong, Boston Bruins‘ Don Sweeney and Carolina Hurricanes‘ Don Waddell earning the recognition.
The winner will be announced at the 2019 NHL Awards on June 19 in Las Vegas.
