The shocking, roller-coaster end to Rams vs. Buccaneers, as told by Twitter

In an NFL post-season that’s already been full of drama, Sunday afternoon’s divisional-round game between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Los Angeles Rams might have been the most enthralling of them all.

With the Rams leading 27-3 midway through the third quarter, many were understandably hesitant to bet against Tom Brady igniting a comeback.

After cutting the lead to 27-6 shortly thereafter, Cooper Kupp – who played a lead role in the second half – fumbled the ball which the Buccaneers then converted into a touchdown.

As both teams exchanged turnovers and Matt Gay missed a field goal, Brady started cooking and hit Mike Evans to bring the Buccaneers within seven points with less than four minutes left.

Before long, the comeback was complete.

But then Kupp and Matthew Stafford decided to rewrite the script by completing a deep bomb to set up the winning field goal.

The end result: A first-ever conference championship appearance for Stafford and an early exit for Brady and the Buccaneers.

Of course, former Buccaneers receiver Antonio Brown couldn’t help but share a meme to add salt to the wound.
