First-rounder Holloway makes NHL debut for Oilers in Game 4 vs. Avalanche

Top Edmonton Oilers prospect Dylan Holloway made his NHL debut on Monday in Game 4 of the Western Conference Final against the Colorado Avalanche.

The Oilers needed a forward after Evander Kane was suspended one game for his hit on Colorado Avalanche centre Nazem Kadri in Game 3.

The Oilers' season is on the line as they trail the series 3-0.

The six-foot-one, 203-pound Holloway came on late in his first pro season to score eight goals and 14 assists in 33 games with AHL Bakersfield.

Holloway, a 20-year-old Calgary native, was selected 14th overall in the 2020 NHL Draft out of the University of Wisconsin.
