Sabres trade goaltender Devin Cooley to Sharks

The San Jose Sharks added to their goaltending depth, acquiring Devin Cooley from the Buffalo Sabres in exchange for a 2025 seventh-round pick.

Cooley has spent the entire season in the AHL with the Rochester Americans, compiling a 6-6-2 record, a 3.77 goals-against average and a .891 save percentage.

The 26-year-old has also spent time with the Milwaukee Admirals and has a 32-24-6 record, 3.16 GAA and a .900 sv% in 66 career AHL games.
