PSG’s Leonardo: Ibrahimovic, Lavezzi to stay

MILAN, Italy — Paris Saint-Germain sporting director Leonardo says Zlatan Ibrahimovic is "100 per cent" certain to remain with the French club next season.

Italian media has linked Ibrahimovic with a move back to Italy, with Juventus eager to bring back its former striker.

In an interview with Italian television Wednesday, Leonardo says Ibrahimovic and Ezequiel Lavezzi "will remain here 100 per cent … and the same goes for me. I don’t have any intention of returning to Italy."

Leonardo, a former AC Milan and Inter Milan coach, was less confident about coach Carlo Ancelotti, saying "we want him to stay but the future is in his hands."

Ancelotti has been linked with a move to Real Madrid.

Leonardo also says big-spending PSG is not interested in signing Napoli striker Edinson Cavani.
