Fabrizio Miccoli and Diego Maradona have a few things in common.
Miccoli wears No. 10 for Palermo, the same number Maradona famously wore during his playing days in Serie A with Napoli.
Both made names for themselves at unfancied southern Italian clubs, and both were mavericks.
